Firestone Complete Auto Care

I've always had good customer service from this location. I've had an account with Firestone for roughly 10 years and so far so good. The gentleman that I worked with yesterday was really cool and respectful. I only went for an emission test but everything went smoothly and very time efficient. Be back there soon to get new tires and and alignment for sure.

Went in as soon as I heard something wrong. Was able to get a same day appointment. Mannix was at the desk, helped me get checked in, and even explained the problem before the mechanics looked at the car. Mechanics verified the issue and got my car back fast. It was a smooth process.

Excellent experience at Firestone! After the dealership quoted me an outrageous price for repairs, I came here for a second opinion. Julio took the time to explain everything, found me a much better deal, and saved me a significant amount of money. He kept me updated throughout the entire repair process and made sure I understood the work being done. Honest, professional, and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Julio and his team.

Mannix is the absolute best! I went in for an emissions test, and he made the entire process quick, simple, and stress-free. He provided excellent customer service and kept me laughing the whole time. I was definitely dreading getting it done, but I’m so glad Mannix was there to help today!
